- Focus mires, and refine
level and alignment
as needed.
- Find K reading.

- Level keratometer with respect to outer canthus.
- Align keratometer with center of cornea.
- Focus the mires, and refine level and alignment as needed.
- Find K reading, using axis scale and measuring drums.
