To meet the needs of the credentialing community, SMT is building a efficient, cost-effective approach to administering paper-pencil examinations at partner sites —primarily college and university testing centers—across the United States. For test sponsors and their candidates, we will offer web-based registration, confirmation, and reporting services making the entire process simple and client-driven. For test centers, we will offer similar web-based utilities for managing the administrative details of test administration. Each test site will be carefully screened for environment, accessibility, security, and professionalism.

Paper-pencil testing will be offered at highly competitive rates and will be available no later than the fourth quarter of 2008.
