SMT introduces web testing

SMT has experienced an increased request for on-line practice and CEU examinations. Consequently, SMT has developed and administered Web-based practice examinations for our clients, processing fees and providing candidate and client score reports.

Administrating Web-based examinations is a simple process for SMT since our item banking system, SMT-Bank™ was initially designed to deliver examinations in all media. Web-based administration is facilitated by integrating SMT-Bank with our new Web testing engine, SMT-WebTest™. SMT-WebTest offers test-takers a simple, intuitive testing engine with features similar to those offered at dedicated testing centers.

SMT-WebTest is configurable to client requirements:

• Color schemes and headers customized to organization

• Feedback can be added after each question

• Customized test-takers’ final reports

• Test-takers can navigate freely through the test or move sequentially
