Bhaskar Dawadi, Ph.D. Psychometric Program Director Dimensions 19 (Fall 2007) With the rapid influx of new clients, it became essential for SMT to add to our psychometric staff, and we were very fortunate to secure the services of a seasoned psychometrician with background specifically in certification. Dr. Bhaskar Dawadi joined SMT earlier this year. Bringing ten years of experience with the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB), the Georgia Examination Development and Testing Unit, and the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR). The holder of three Masters degrees, Dr. Dawadi earned his Ph.D. in Measurement and Statistics from Florida State University. He is fluent in four languages and has published numerous professional journal articles and delivered conference papers. Dr. Dawadi and his wife Ina have been married for 24 years and have two children. When he’s not busy with his SMT psychometric duties, Dr. Dawadi enjoys jogging and traveling.
