As Director of Operations for SMT, Sean provides clients with customized CBT solutions. With over 12 years of experience in management, he directs the daily operations of IQT, including monitoring quality control over the testing network, communicating effectively with clients, investigating and implementing solutions for network quality or security issues, and overseeing all staff. Sean holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Carson-Newman College in Tennessee and spent several years as an Area Manager for a national chain of restaurants. Sean also served as a supervisory Law Enforcement Officer for five years until moving into the testing industry.
