Dr. Schroeder is the President and founder of SMT and has over 30 years of testing and measurement experience with such distinguished firms as American College Testing (ACT) and Educational Testing Service (ETS). Dr. Schroeder was also the founder and President of Applied Measurement Services (AMS) and served as President of National Assessment Institute.
