Dennis joined SMT in 2007 as a Senior Financial Executive and is presently responsible for the review of client contracts and invoicing of test development and test administration services. He has also developed and successfully implemented accounting procedures for improving client test administration services and he also performs special analyses at the request of senior management of contract revenue and expenses. Dennis has over 25 years of experience in managing all phases of company and financial operations. He graduated from the University of Michigan, and as a Certified Public Accountant, worked for Price Waterhouse & Co. in Detroit, MI, on the audit staff. He transitioned to industry as the CFO of a multi state manufacturing company and he successfully served as CEO for the next seventeen years for this same company.
