Having proven her excellence as a manager, Dana Anderson-Pancoe has risen through several positions to become Director of SMT's Research & Development group. Overseeing both the Psychometrics and Test Development groups, Dana is responsible for all client test development. Dana received her Bachelor's Degree from Bethany College and attended graduate school at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. She has extensive experience in Test Development management, examination construction and in the facilitation of meetings to development specifications, create questions, set cut scores, and other critical test development tasks. Ms. Anderson has worked in a number of program areas including the health field, cosmetology, engineering, and computer technology. Email:
