As Director, Planning and Administration, Art’s responsibilities include strategic planning, business continuity and disaster recovery planning, as well as leading internal initiatives to improve SMT’s efficiency and effectiveness for its clients. Prior to joining SMT in mid-2007, Art spent over twenty-five years in senior management positions for, or consulting to, Fortune 500 companies and smaller, rapidly growing, technology-dependent enterprises. Art has his BA in Chemistry from Franklin and Marshall College and his MBA in Marketing from the University of Michigan.
